Download Android Market applications exceeding 10,000 million

Google says that the average monthly growth stood at 1,000 million downloads.

The number of applications downloaded from Android Market for devices withGoogle's mobile operating system has exceeded 10,000 million, according to the company of Mountain View in its oficial Blog.


In July 2010 the number of downloads was one billion, while a year later, in July thisyear, reached the figure of six billion.

Since the search engine company indicate that the average monthly growth stood at1,000 million downloads.

"Of course, none of these applications exist but for the thousands of developers who created Android, every day surpass their own limits," says the blog Eric Chu, Androiddeveloper.
